Welcome! My business, Red Seal School of Fly Fishing exists to help people enjoy their fishing. Here, you may look at the two ways that I Henry Lowe, offer to achieve this. These are:
Instruction with an experienced, APGAI qualified instructor covering all aspects of trout fishing, especially the matter of Fly Casting.

Reservoir Guide books: I wrote these to make local knowledge of great English reservoirs available to all, both where to fish and how to fish.

Instruction in Fly Fishing

People say "Why do I need to be taught? — It looks simple enough!" — or — "I manage well enough!"
I can assure you that a good grasp of practical skills (notably casting) does make fly fishing more enjoyable. There is more satisfaction and enjoyment to be found in fly fishing than often is realised by anglers who take up the sport without instruction.

Reservoir Guides
To support what I can teach in a limited time, I edited/co-authored these books to help you find success not only on large reservoirs but also more generally. Keep them with you for on-the-spot advice. Of the 8 Guides, some contain general advice on tactics, fish finding, fly choice, etc.; some explain where to go on one large lake depending on current conditions.

A professional instructor with 19 years experience, I hold the high level Advanced Professional Game Angling Instructor (APGAI) qualification in Trout and Fly Dressing categories.
I hold a Sport England coaching license for Game Angling, qualified as APGAI.
If you are interested in becoming an instructor, I am a tutor for the Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Angling (L2CCA) and will be able to discuss with you what will be required and whom you should contact.
